    4. They will reply with the shipping cost.
    5. That's it! If everything looks good, you're ready to order.

STEP 2

  1. Choose your favorite betta fish and place your order on our website.
  2. Every fish shown is the exact fish you will receive 100%.

STEP 3

  1. We will take good care of your fish here in Indonesia until the next shipment with your chosen transhipper.
  2. Your fish is shipped one day before the international departure.

STEP 4

  1. Your transhipper receives the fish (usually about 2 days later) and immediately ships it to your home using the local shipping method you arranged.

STEP 5

Our Guarantee

  • If your fish unfortunately arrives DOA (Dead on Arrival) at your home address, we will replace it.
  • You are free to choose a replacement fish from our website, and we will ship it with the next shipment through the same transhipper.

Do I need to pay shipping from Indonesia to the transhipper?

  • No. The price on our website already includes shipping from Indonesia to your selected transhipper, including export handling and packing.
  • The only extra cost is the local shipping fee from the transhipper to your home, or pickup if available.
