How Shipping Works (USA, Europe, & More)
Our international shipping process is very simple. All betta fish are shipped safely from Indonesia (Our farm) using licensed transhippers in your country.
Your order already includes all export handling, packing, and shipment costs until the fish safely arrive at the transhipper.
Once the fish arrive in your country, you only need to:
• Arrange local delivery to your home address with your chosen transhipper
or
• Pick up the fish directly from the transhipper (free option)
We have successfully shipped bettas to many customers in USA, Europe, and other countries for years ❤️

2. We prepare and safely export your fish from Indonesia
3. Your fish arrive at the licensed transhipper in your country
4. Contact the transhipper for local delivery or pickup
5. Enjoy your new betta fish
