Getting my crowntail couldn't have been easier, the seller explained the process and connected me with a transhipper and the betta arrived in excellent condition!

Customer service is very friendly and explained how shipping works. It was my first time buying anything alive from outside of the U.S. so I was nervous about ordering. The fish shipped earlier than I was told which was a pleasant surprise. The bag the fish was in was very secure in the shipping box. I received the exact fish I ordered, matching the pictures posted. Coloring was a little dull and the fish had a little bit of fin clamping from the stress of shipping which is expected. A week later and vibrancy is starting to return and the fin clamping is nearly gone.
